Cooper Creek Square is happy to welcome Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro to downtown Winter Park, Colorado. Located on the second floor of Cooper Creek Square, the new restaurant has been open for nearly two and a half months and has already received incredible reviews from locals and visitors, alike.
Receiving their culinary training in Nepal, the owners of Durbar are bringing authentic flavors and family style meals to the mountains of Winter Park. Durbar currently is offering one menu for lunch and dinner, but plan to cultivate a lunch menu that offers small sampling plates at affordable prices. Called ‘Thali,’ the lunch menu will allow diners to enjoy many Nepalese and Indian flavors in one meal.
Durbar is also anxiously awaiting their liquor license, with which they plan to bring in Indian beers like Taj Mahal Indian Lager, Kingfisher, and Yeti Special Export, along with domestic brands, as well. They look forward to offering signature cocktails to complement their dishes also.
Currently, Durbar is open seven days a week, 11:30 am -9:30 pm, except for Wednesday’s when they open for dinner only, 5:00 pm-9:30 pm. They will be closed for lunch this Saturday, September 30, as it is the first day of Dashain, a Nepalese Festival. They will be celebrating with their families during the day and to celebrate with their diners Durbar will be offering Dinner Specials on Saturday, September 30!
Durbar also offers Gift Certificates! The holidays are around the corner, so give the gift of a great meal at Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro! The savory spices and flavors of Durbar’s Nepalese and Indian food are going to go great with the chilly winter nights ahead.
