The warm and sunny days of summer are here at Cooper Creek Square. With so many shopping and dining options and our summer events kicking off on June 17, you’ll be sure to find something to entertain anyone in the group. Enjoy the experience of Cooper Creek Square with games in the courtyard, kids play area with climbing boulders, flower gardens, courtyard fountain and the many free activities we have coming up this summer.
As soon as the weather starts to warm up, the trails start to dry out and we can’t wait to get outside and explore Grand County. Start your day of adventures with Fitness in the Park on Sunday, June 17 and June 24.
Join us right in downtown Winter Park, Colorado at Cooper Creek Square for Yoga from 9-10am, and then Pilates from 10:15-11:15. The classes takes place in the sunny courtyard above the fountain. These area free events with a limited number of mats available on a first-come basis.
Music on the Square kicks-off June 22 and continues every Friday night, 6-8pm. Enjoy free live music by the fountain with national recording artists, local musicians and some of Colorado’s best talent. Order dinner or an appetizer from the Taste of Cooper Creek Food Tent set up weekly with a selection of menu items from two of Cooper Creek’s finest restaurants. Restaurants rotate each week.
June 22 Music on the Square: Future of the Blues All-Star Showcase
Come sample a taste of our next generation of Blues musicians! Youth from across the state & beyond will delight your ears with their amazing Blues talents. These talented musicians will also be playing throughout the Blues From the Top Festival on the Keeping the Blues Alive youth stage at Hideaway Park.
June 29 Music on the Square: Sam Osborne & Gary Key
When Sam and Gary come together, it’s an unbelievable combination of voice, playing and entertaining. Their repertoire includes more than 700 songs and they prefer to do all requests rather than play from a song list. They are known not only for their live music but also for their ability to entertain their audiences!
June 30: Live Music in the Courtyard 4-6pm
Stop by after a day enjoying the beautiful outdoors and grab a bite to eat, glass of wine or beer and enjoy Free live music by Steve Skinner and the Valley All Stars.
