There is something going on each week in July at Cooper Creek Square! Whether you are looking for outdoor fitness classes, live music, fun activities for kids or say, an Ice Cream Social, it’s all coming up next month at The Square. Music on The Square is EVERY Friday night in July where you can join us at the Courtyard for Free Live Music, 6-8 pm. Stop by the Square on Saturday’s in July for Free Face Painting, Balloon artists, a Bouncy House and family fun every weekend from 1-4 pm. We also have a few special shows coming up so read on to learn about the upcoming fun to be had at Cooper Creek Square.
June 29, 2018 – Music on the Square | 6-8 pm Sam Osborne and Gary Key
Local favorite Gary Key, also known as “The Walking Jukebox”, and Sam Osborne take the stage for Music on the Square this Friday, June 29 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.
June 30, 2018 – Music in the Courtyard | 4-6pm Steve Skinner & the Valley All-Stars
Stop by after a day enjoying the beautiful outdoors and grab a bite to eat, a glass of wine or beer and enjoy live music with Steve Skinner and the Valley All Stars, with guest appearances by locals, Tone of Tone and the Vibe and Andy Straus. Playing original resort rock and high energy covers combined with funk and humor. More Info.
July 6, 2018 – Music on the Square | 6-8 pm Woodshed Red
Woodshed Red returns to Music on the Square! Last summer’s performance at Music on the Square had the whole crowd dancing, singing and asking for more. They hail from the Colorado Springs area and perform all over Colorado and neighboring states. Comprised of guitar, fiddle, stand-up bass and drums from varying musical backgrounds; the group came together in 2013 and began covering a wide variety of genres. Inspired by bluegrass, blues, funk and rock and many eras of music, the band members have incorporated their individual styles to create their own unique sound. The instrumentation of Woodshed Red generates an upbeat positive grassy sound, intertwined with funky, untamed improvisation.
July 7, 2018 – Ice Cream Social | 1-4 pm
Live music with local favorite, Sasquatch Mountain Project, free face painting, balloon creations, ice cream, kids’ crafts, games, playground and a bouncy house. Come down and take a picture with your phone at our fun photo area, and have it printed onsite! More: Ice Cream Social
July 13, 2018 – Music on the Square | 6-8 pm Forest Sun
With over 50 million plays on Pandora, award-winning songwriter, Forest Sun, enlivens audiences around the globe with his wealth of songs and stories, all sung and told in a laid-back California style. Sun’s soulful music draws on a deep well of Americana and is compared to everyone from Jack Johnson, John Mayer and the Avett Brothers to Van Morrison and Bob Dylan.
July 15, 2018 – Fitness in the Park | 9-10 am
Join us at Cooper Creek Square for Yoga in the Park from 9am-10am. A limited number of mats will be available on first-come basis. The class will be in the courtyard above the fountain.
July 15, 2018 – Live Music Lunch Series | 12-2 pm John Denver Tribute
Extend your weekend with a stop at Cooper Creek Square for lunch and live music. Estes Park favorite, Cowboy Brad brings his John Denver Tribute showback to Cooper Creek for another summer show. Enjoy lunch and music at our many outdoor dining options or grab takeout from any of our amazing restaurants and enjoy around the courtyard.
July 20, 2018 – Music on the Square | 6-8 pm Shaun Munday
Shaun Munday is a one-of-a-kind talent. He blends soul-drenched vocals with show-stopping bass guitar technique. Shaun captures audiences with a full band sound and plays the bass better than most people play the guitar.
July 22, 2018 – Yoga in the Park | 9-10 am Fitness in the Park- Pilates | 10:15-11:15 am
Join us for Pilates in the courtyard at Cooper Creek Square as part of the Fitness in the Park series. These events are FREE and open to anyone. More Info

Spirited in nature, light from the heart and rocking on the six-string acoustic guitar, Rob Drabkin‘s musicality has taken him across the globe. A force in the live music scene, Rob has opened for the likes of the John Butler Trio, Trevor Hall, and more.
