Cooper Creek Square has not one, but TWO brand new restaurants. Both locations opened on New Year’s Day and have increased the Restaurant Row offerings tremendously. Cooper Creek Square now has seven different restaurants with cuisine that varies incredibly. Learn a little more about each of our new eating establishments, but don’t just take our word for it, give them a try yourselves!
Paella’s Bakery and Restaurant
Located at the far west end of Cooper Creek Square in its own building, look for the white cabin, just past Casa Mexico and the playground and you’ll find Paella’s Bakery and Restaurant. In the bakery, you can find Mexican specialties like Conchas, Marranitos, Caracoles, Churros, and classics like sugar cookies, turnovers and croissants. Stop in for lunch specials of Spanish sandwiches and tortas that come with fries for a great deal. Want to treat a large group for lunch? No problem just call ahead and order for pick up. Dinner options are a delicious fusion of Spanish, Peruvian, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. They offer many Paella options, a perfect post-ski meal and have ever-changing dinner specials. There is nothing else like this amazing fusion restaurant in Grand County, and it is a definite MUST-EAT while in town!

Sushi Nama
Sushi Nama is located on the second floor of Cooper Creek. After a beautiful renovation before its opening, the space is clean, welcoming and provides a great ambiance for an incredible Asian meal. Sushi Nama is delivering simple, innovative and freshly prepared sushi and using only the best ingredients with all hand cut and prepared dishes.
Check out the delicious Nigiri, Sashimi, Raw Bar and Sushi Roll menus. Sushi Nama also offers noodle bowl options which will be the perfect way to warm up on our cold winter nights.
