The unofficial end to Summer is coming up as Labor Day Weekend is only two weeks away! We’ve had so much fun at all of the Live Music shows this Summer and will go out with a bang for Labor Day weekend. You can still count on our Friday Music on The Square event and we have added TWO shows for Sunday, September 5th. In addition to all of the great music in the Courtyard, we will also have sidewalk sales for each of our boutiques! Walk around The Square and grab some great deals while listening to great music. We will kick off Labor Day Weekend with a local favorite for Music on The Square Friday, September 3rd! Come check out Blood Sugar, a mother and daughter duo that brings a mix of Americana, Folk, and Blues; delivering rich and mesmerizing vocals and harmonies that could only come from shared DNA.
Music on the Square is a summer concert series tradition at Cooper Creek Square, in downtown Winter Park. Shows will go on rain or shine – we are hardy here at 9,000 feet unless it is a massive downpour and the venue cancels due to safety concerns. This series is free and everyone is welcome.
Keep the fun going this Labor Day weekend with live music all day Sunday at Cooper Creek Square. Starting at 2 pm, enjoy Glen T and the Soundsations in the courtyard. The greatest hits from famous artists of the last 5 decades, plus originals performed in a classy soft-rock style Glen T. has been entertaining people with music since his age was in the single digits and he has enjoyed the ride the entire way.
Then grab some dinner and come back to dance the night away with Blues sensations, the Delta Sonics. Voted Denver’s Best Blues Band six times by Westword magazine, the Delta Sonics come to Cooper Creek for a special Sunday night performance. Their music takes a Chicago Blues base and seasons it with Swing, Delta, New Orleans R&B, and some early Rock n’ Roll.
